Evangeline opened its doors in April, 2008, much to the delight of New England diners. The cuisine at Evangeline is a direct reflection of the heart and passion of Chef/Proprietor Erik Desjarlais. The restaurant is located in Longfellow Square at the tip of Portland's historic West End.
