Right: Dusk is difficult to capture. There's something both unusual and temporary about its light that makes this time of day odd to our eyes. And therefore, striking. Since the event we promoted was called "Harbor Lights" the appropriate approach seemed evident to us.

The Philadelphia Bar Association and its continuing legal education arm, The Philadelphia Bar Education Center, offered a number of courses to their members and other attorneys. They used all manner of newsprint advertising promoting these courses. As you can see here, they also produced quarterly catalogs and market educational events, meetings, etc.
