Take the New Jersey Turnpike South.

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike West
to Route 476 South.

Follow 476 South to Route 76 West.

Take 76 West (the Schuykill Expressway) to
King of Prussia.

From King of Prussia, take 202 South
(signs are to West Chester & Wilmington).

Follow 202 South to the Route 29 North exit
(marked for Great Valley).

Follow signs to 29 North
Go right (North) on Route 29.

Follow 29 for approximately 2 miles until it meets Phoenixville Pike. (There are railroad tracks here, an Entre Computer store, a traffic light and Route 29 curves sharply to the right.)

At this light, go straight, across Phoenixville Pike, up the hill. This road is Charlestown Road.

Follow Charlestown for about one-half mile to a fork in the road. Charlestown goes right. Pikeland goes left.

Go left on Pikeland.
Follow Pikeland for about two miles to your second left (Wells Road). (The first left is Hollow Road.)

Go left onto Wells Road.
Follow Wells for about one half mile to a windmill on your left. 3070 is a hundred yards farther down the road, on the left, a driveway cut in the hedge. That's us.
